Boss & Cobra Jet Mustangs by Dr. John Craft
Complete Ford Book Volume 1, Petersen Publishing Company, 1970. This book was published in several editions over several years in the early 1970s and has long been out of print. Various editions appear on ebay every so often. According to Vic DiSanto, the first edition includes "internal 428 CJ pictures, PR photos, hop-up tips, oil mods and CJ-vs-SCJ component differences". I've also confirmed that the second edition contains updates to the 428 info described in the first edition.
